I’m, a seasoned care enthusiast with a heart for making a real difference. Starting as a support worker and carer, I’ve walked every step of the care journey.
I’ve been the trainer, shaping positive behaviour support and teaching mandatory care training. I’ve worked on recruitment and compliance, I progressed through the sector to manage a team of 200 care staff, delivering a whopping 5,000 hours of care weekly.
